TrueLocal President Departs To Head Up New Venture

Guelph, ON - December 21, 2006 – TrueLocal, a search engine that specializes in driving online sales to offline businesses today announced the departure of President, Jake Baillie. Effective January 1, 2007, Jake will form STN Labs, a separate company that will manage a small Internet fund that incubates and provides funding to seed-stage new media and technology companies.

As a result of Jake’s move, TrueLocal will become part of the Geosign family of companies. Technical operations will report to Paul Filsinger, Geosign CTO and Search Marketing will report to Brent Drewry, Geosign Vice President, Search Marketing.
